These are our drivers. At the Educator Perceptions & Insights Center (EPIC), we combine our expertise in education and data analysis to listen, inform, and improve educator engagement and retention strategies in the K-12 sector.
Launched in 2021 by Bret Church, Ed.D., and Luke Simmering, Ph.D., EPIC serves as a centralized hub for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to the perceptions, experiences, and needs of educators. Our primary objective is to empower educational leaders, policymakers, and administrators with the tools and insights to achieve key organizational goals.
Using a research-based approach, we measure, analyze and understand the unique voices and experiences of educators in our clients’ districts or spheres of influence.
We analyze results and pinpoint actionable strategies to yield the most efficient and beneficial employee engagement and retention outcomes. Then, we interpret these findings for our clients.
We consult and partner with our clients, providing a customized and data-driven roadmap with individualized guidance, tools, and support to drive success.
