Born and raised in a family of educators, Bret Church, Ed.D., has been around education his entire life. He has spent his career focusing on how to improve education from the inside out, as a teacher, administrator, consultant, and college professor. His passion and relevant experience in the classroom, as a coach, in school leadership, district administration, and higher education drive him to improve the sustainability of K-12 workforces nationwide.
Luke Simmering, Ph.D. is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with over 15 years of experience advising clients ranging from non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as a professor developing the curriculum for and instructing post-graduate analytics courses. He is committed to developing psychometrically sound tools that can be leveraged for meaningful insights to help guide data-driven decision making.
